(bzs. rnk.), tablo ; 29 cm.Bu tezde, yarıiletken CuS ince filmler kimyasal depolama yöntemi kullanılarak 27 °C, 50 °C, 70 °C'de cam alttabanlar üzerinde 0.1, 0.3 ve 0.5 M’de ince filmler elde edilmiştir. CuS ince filmlerin yapısal, optik ve morfolojik özellikleri araştırılmıştır. CuS ince filmlerin X-ışını kırınım (XRD) analizlerinden filmlerin amorf ve polikristal yapıda hekzagonal fazda oluştuğu görülmüştür. Yarıiletken CuS ince filmlerin optik özelliklerini belirlemek için UV/vis spektrofotometresi (190-1100 nm) kullanılmıştır.
