Özet: Bu çalışmada, anne sütü CMV, EBV, HSV tip 1 ve Rubella virusuna karşı özgül IgG antikorlarının varlığı yönünden araştırıldı. Bu amaçla 94 anneye ait serum ve süt örnekleri ELI S A ile incelendi. Serum örneklerinin %98.9'unda anti-CMVIgG, %95.7'sinde anti-EBV IgG, %90.4'ünde anti-HSV tip 1 IgG ve %98.9'unda anti-Rubella IgG, süt örneklerinin % 12.7'sinde anti-CMV IgG için, %9.5'inde anti-EBV IgG, %2.2'sinde anti-HSV tip 1 IgG ve %7.4'ünde anti-Rubella IgG antikor cevabı belirlendi.
