Two separate genetic linkage maps were constructed by applying the strategy of 'double pseudo-testcross' having 89 F1 progenies derived from a cross between 'Siirt' cultivar and 'Bağyolu' genotype. In this research, 129 SSR markers were mapped from 105 segregated SSR primer pairs. In 'Siirt' genetic map, a total of 70 SSR markers were mapped, and average marker number per linkage group was 4.6.
