Flow Behavior in Side-View Plane of Pitching Delta Wing

DANTEC DYNAMICS GmbH;LAVISION;MIT s.r.o.;TSI GmbH12th International Conference on Experimental Fluid Mechanics, EFM 2017 --21 November 2017 through 24 November 2017 -- --In the present investigation, a delta wing which has 70° sweep angle, ? was oscillated on its mid-cord according to the equation of ?(t)=?m+?osin(?et). This study focused on understanding the effect of pitching and characterizing the interaction of vortex breakdown with oscillating leading edges under different yaw angles, ß over a slender delta wing. The value of mean angle of attack, ?m was taken as 25°. The yaw angle, ß was varied with an interval of 4° over the range of 0°?ß? 16°.
