Cost estimation of reinforced concrete structural systems by using artificial neural networks model.

(bzs. rnk.), tablo ; 29 cm.Bu çalışmada, brüt toplam kat alanı, brüt zemin kat alanı, brüt normal kat alanı, toplam kat yüksekliği, fonksiyonel mekân sayıları, toplam brüt çevre uzunluğu, temel tipi, bodrum tipi gibi farklı değişken parametrelere ve mimari özelliklere sahip konut tipi yapı projelerinin betonarme taşıyıcı sistem maliyet tahminlemesi yapay sinir ağları modeli kullanılarak yapılmıştır. Elde edilen sonuçlar, istatistiksel regresyon analizi yöntemi ile hesaplanan değerlerle karşılaştırılmış ve yapay sinir ağları yönteminin performansı ortaya konulmuştur.In this study, the cost of the reinforced concrete structural system of residential construction projects which have different variable parameters and architectural properties such as gross total floor area, gross ground floor area, gross floor area, total structural height, functional place number, gross total flor perimeter, foundation type, basement type has been estimated by using artificial neural networks model. The obtained results have been compared with the values that have been calculated by using statistical regression analysis method and the performance of the artificial neural networks model has been demonstrated
