Culture is a dynamic reference point of a society which; constantly interacts with the environment, is shared and learned by the society members, affects the behavior of the society members and is passed on from generation to generation. Meanwhile, society members are affected by many cultural formations at the same time. Profession of an individual, for example, is one of these formations and professional cultural values are taught –consciously or unconsciously- together with technical aspects of the profession during vocational education.
