Deniz levreği (dicentrarchus labrax L. 1758)'nin kopepodid parazitlerinden caligus minimus, otto, 1821'un biyolojisi üzerine çalışmalar

TEZ6190Tez (Doktora) -- Çukurova Üniversitesi, Adana, 2007.Kaynakça (s.100-109) var.xii, 110 s. : rnk. ; 29 cm.In this study; reproductive system, planktonic life stages, effects of; temperature, salinity, non-aeration and aeration and light versus dark conditions on developing stages of Caligus minimus, Otto, 1821 on sea bass (Dicentrarchus labrax L.,1758) were investigated. The results showed that the reproductive system of female C. minimus consists of a pair ovaries located on the dorsal surface of the cephalothorax, oviducts, cement glands, a single rectangle receptaculum seminis where the sperms are stored and a pair of egg sacs where the fertilized eggs are extruded. The male reproductive system consists of a pair of testes located on the dorsal of the cephalothorax, vasa deferentia, cement glands, spermatophore sacs and gonophores. Planktonic life stages were Nauplii I - II and a Copepodid stage. The effects of different temperatures and salinities on duration times of each stage were statistically significant during the planktonic stages (p<0.05). Non-aeration conditions caused to death. Differences between the duration times in light versus dark conditions were also found significant (t-test, paired comparisons, p< 0.05). A small but significant prolonged times between each stage were recorded in darkness.Bu çalışmada Deniz Levrek (Dicentrarchus labrax L.,1758)'lerinde görülen ve ekto parazit bir kopepod türü olan C. minimus'un üreme sistemi, planktonik yaşam döngüsünde ki aşamalar ve sıcaklık, tuzluluk, havalandırmalı ve havalandırmasız ortam ile ışıklı ışıksız ortamın gelişim aşamalarına etkisi incelenmiştir. Elde edilen bulgulara göre dişi C. minimus'larda; sefalotoraksın dorsalinde yer alan 1 çift ovaryum, her bir ovaryumdan çıkarak genital segment içerisinde kıvrımlar oluşturan 1 çift ovidukt kanalı, 1 çift semen bezi, spermlerin depolandığı dikdörtgen şeklinde receptakulum seminis ve döllenmiş yumurtaların depolandığı yumurta kolonlarından oluşan üreme sistemi; erkek bireylerde ise yine sefalotoraksın dorsalinde bulunan 1 çift testis, her bir testisten çıkan ve genital segmente kadar uzanan 1 çift sperm kanalı, 1 çift semen bezi, 1 çift spermatofor ve genital açıklıktan oluşan üreme sisteminin bulunduğu görülmüştür. Planktonik yaşam döngüsünün Nauplii I-II ve Kopepodid aşamalardan oluştuğu, farklı sıcaklık ve tuzluluk değerlerine bağlı olarak her aşamanın tamamlanma sürelerindeki değişimlerin istatistiksel olarak önemli olduğu belirlenmiştir (p<0.05). Havalandırmasız ortamın ölümlere neden olduğu görülmüştür. Işıksız ortamda aşamaların tamamlanma sürelerinin ışıklı ortama oranla uzadığı, yapılan t-testi sonucuna göre her iki ortamdaki aşamaların tamamlanma süreleri arasındaki farkın istatistiksel olarak önemli olduğu belirlenmiştir (p
