(bzs. rnk.), tablo ; 29 cm.Oldukça ekonomik elektrokaplama yöntemi geliştirilerek ZnO nanorod yapılar üretilmiştir. Büyütme işlemi standart DC güç kaynağı, mili ampermetre ve iki elektrotlu elektrokimyasal hücre ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Kaplama işlemi, katodik kaplama akımı, süre, çözelti molaritesi ve sıcaklık gibi parametreler değiştirilerek ITO kaplı cam alttaban üzerine gerçekleştirilmiştir. Parametreler değiştirilerek optoelektonik uygulamalar için optimum saydam yarıiletken materyal üretilmeye çalışılmıştır.
