TEZ8420Tez (Yüksek Lisans) -- Çukurova Üniversitesi, Adana, 2011.Kaynakça (s.63-68) var.xi, 69 s. : res. ; 29 cm.In this study, carbon nanotubes and their varieties, production techniques and fields of application and their worldwide usage is explained. Reductions in production costs due to the usage of carbon nanotubes are analyzed. Of particular importance is the use of nanotubes in parallel with developed technology in manufacturing and suitable installations of microsensors, micromachinery and optoelectronic components. In addition, its use in the medical field, DNA modification and production of capacitors, transistors and photodiodes, solar cells and high-resolution measuring instruments, and production in large amounts are analyzed. ...
