This study evaluated mental health outcomes for transgender patients treated for gender dysphoria at The Ohio State University Transgender Primary Care Clinic (OSUTPCC). The sample included 116 patients (60 natal males and 56 natal females). Mental health was tracked using self-reported questionnaires. We hypothesized that patient mental health would improve overtime under the gender-affirming care of the OSUTPCC. Our analysis indicated no statistically significant trend of improvement for depression and a small, statistically significant trend of improving anxiety over the two-year study period.
