Objectives: The cases reported demonstrate the healing of the non-vital immature teeth with periapical lesions by intracoronal delivery of an apical barrier of Mineral Trioxide Aggregate (MTA). Method and Materials: Three clinical cases with single root canal having open apices that had the symptoms of clinically and radiographically necrotic pulp and apical periodontitis are presented. After the application of the rubber dam and access cavity preparation, the working length was determined, root canals were mechanically cleaned by using intracanal instruments and NaOCl 3% irrigation.
