This study aims to determine the difficulties during meiotic division of the microspore mother cells which may give way to low seed setting in the natural tetraploid Trifolium pratense L. While microspore mother cells performed normal division in some of the observed samples, in some others, abnormalities were obtained. © 2007 Asian Network for Scientific Information
