An unusual form of central serous chorioretinopathy: Ooze sign

Santral seröz koryoretinopatinin tipik formları çoğunlukla 3-4 ay içinde görme kaybı olmaksızın kendiliğinden iyileşmektedir. Ancak bazı nadir formları retina pigment epitel atrofisi ile beraber kronik gidiş göstermekte ve kötü görsel prognozla seyretmektedir. Bu retina pigment epitel atrofileri vertikal, aşağıya doğru uzanan yol şeklinde izlenebilmekte ve bazen seröz sıvının yer değiştirmesi ile alt yarıda büllöz retina dekolmanına sebep olmaktadırlar. Bu görünüm tanı ve tedavide ikilemlere yol açmaktadır. Burada atipik bir santral seröz koryoretinopati olgusunun klinik, floresein ve indosiyanin yeşili anjiografik özelliklerini tartışmaktayız.Most eyes with typical forms of central serous chorioretinopathy (CSR) undergo spontaneous resolution in 3-4 months without visual disturbance. However, some rare forms progress into chronic state with retinal pigment epithelial atrophy resulting with poor visual prognosis. These atrophic retinal pigment epithelial areas form a vertical tract extending to the inferior retina and may lead to bullous retinal detachments located inferiorly due to displacement of the serous fluid. This appearance may cause confusion in the diagnosis and treatment. We here present clinical and angiographic (fluorescein and indocyanin green) features of an atypical case of CSR
