This research aims to: (1) analyze the effect of company culture on employee performance and (2) analyze the effect of employee motivation on employee performance. The population in this study was Surakarta Regional Water Supply Company (PDAM) of 100 respondents. The sample in this research used a purposive sampling. Based on the results of the study, corporate culture variables have a significant effect on performance, employee motivation variables have a significant effect on performance. The resultd of the research showed that (1) company culture has a positive effect on employee performance and (2) employee motivation has a positive effect on employee performance
