Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kepercayaan, fasilitas dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Lokasi penelitian berada di hotel Jepara Indah. Sampel penelitian adalah konsumen yang menginap di dan bersedia untuk diwawancarai atau mengisi kuesioner. Jumlah sampel yang diambil selama periode penelitian sebanyak 48 responden. Metode analisis data dengan regresi berganda. Sebelum data dianalisis, dilakukan pengujian kualitas data dengan uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Hasil olah data menunjukkan item kuesioner bersifat valid dan semua variabel bersifat reliabel. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa kepercayaan, fasilitas dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Variabel yang berpengaruh ...
