The main objective of this article is to unveil the con-cern of Non-Repeating the Armed Conflict in Colombia expressed in the Final Peace Agreement between the National Government of Colombia and the Revolution-ary Armed Forces of Colombia-People's Army (FARC-EP). The two versions of the agreement, published on August 24, 2016 (before the peace plebiscite) and November 24, 2016 (after the plebiscite and with the agreement of the opponents), are taken as the unit of study. In terms of methodology, the technique of content analysis based on reflexive and argumentative processes is applied.
