Psychological mechanisms of personality`s experiences in the process of making strategic life decision

The article analyzes the theoretical and practical achievements of domestic and foreign scientists considering the problem of personality's experiences during decision-making. Determined experiences as a special form of activity that allows the personality in critical life situations to endure difficult situations, to gain the meaningful existence due to revaluation of values. Considered the psychological content of experiences in the meaning of decision-making context. The experiences of the personality in the process of strategic life decision-making (regarding professional self-determination, choice of a life partner and determination of own life position) caused, first of all, by their features, such as prolongation in time, increased responsibility for the impact on the entire life wat and existance of previous (not final) decision. The main factor of the experiences is conscience, which during the reflection causes the feeling of guilt, doubt, fear and inadequate responsibility. The main psychological mechanisms experiences in the process of strategic life decision-making of personality include the presence of psychic rotation as a unit of psychic activity, which always re-launches the mechanism of recrudescent choice, the intellectual and personal reflection as generic mechanisms of consciousness, and conscience as a factor of experiences in different forms of emotional and volitional reactions and feelings of the individual. Empirically determined that the emotional experiences of students in the process of strategic life decision-making are accompanied by a low reflection, high level of anxiety, overwhelming intolerance to uncertainty, underdeveloped willpower, particulary, such personal qualities as independence, determination, purposefulness and desire to predict the future
