Analiza el surgimiento del Derecho Internacional Ambiental como una rama autónoma del Derecho Internacional en el marco de la jurisprudencia de la Corte Internacional de Justicia (CIJ). Así, profundiza respecto a los daños ambientales derivados del uso de armas nucleares y las obligaciones consuetudinarias estatales en materia ambiental con respecto a los territorios del resto de Estados.
