İstanbul Bilim Üniversitesi, Tıp Fakültesi.Amaç: Yaşa bağlı maküla dejenerasyonuna (YBMD) bağlı gelişen koroid neovaskülarizasyonunda intravitreal ranibizumabın (İVR) etkinliğini araştırmak ve sonuçlarımızı bildirmek. Gereç ve Yöntem: Kırk üç YBMD hastasının, 58 gözüne 287 İVR (0.5 mg/0.05 mL) enjeksiyonu uygulanmıştır ve hastalar prospektif olarak en az bir yıl süreyle takip edilmiştir. Hastaların ortalama yaşı 67.64±8.14 idi. Her hastaya birer ay arayla 3 enjeksiyon yapıldıktan sonra hastaların görme keskinliği (GK), fundus floresein anjiyografi (FFA) ve optik koherens tomografi (OKT) sonuçları değerlendirilerek enjeksiyon tekrarına karar verilmiştir.Results of ıntravitreal ranibizumab treatment for choroidal neovascularization secondary...
