Se describen dos nuevas especies del género Psectrascelis Solier (Pimeliinae: Nycteliini) del oeste de Argentina, P. argentina sp. nov. a gran altitud en la Precordillera de San Juan y P. telteca sp. nov. en la llanura de Mendoza, y se las incluye en la clave mas reciente del género.
