Modern flexible circuit systems can include sensing elements. In this paper, possible implementation of a fluorescence pH sensor suitable for measurement of near neutral solution based on a polymer film is presented. Polymer films can satisfy the requests of the modern flexible systems, such as miniaturization, flexibility and enhanced sensitivity, allowing high performance sensing at low cost.
