La investigación acción y la práctica reflexiva en la universidad: por partida doble

Through this article, we try to make visible, an experience of research-action in the University. This process and project carried out and which is still being developed, has as protagonists the teachers who act from a coteaching process, who investigate about the reflection that is generated in and about the teaching practices themselves, and that They teach the student-teachers, in addition, to investigate about their practices. The use of narratives favors the process of systematization and, therefore, the process of reflection. In this way, contextualized and co-textualized texts are being constructed that account for what is done to transform teaching practices and train teachers with a reflexive habitus, for that purpose. The participation, the negotiation, the didactic agreement, the action commitments, the decision making and the critical reflection of the action generate evidences that allow demonstrating how the students-teachers in the process of learning learn to investigate while they are learning to teach.A través de este artículo, intentamos hacer visible, una experiencia de investigación- acción en la Universidad. Este proceso y proyecto llevado a cabo y que aún se sigue desarrollando, tiene como protagonistas a los enseñantes que accionan desde un proceso de co-enseñanza, que investigan acerca de la reflexión que se genera en y sobre las propias prácticas de enseñanza, y que enseñan a los estudiantesenseñantes, además, a investigar acerca de sus prácticas. La utilización de las narrativas, favorece el proceso de sistematización y por ende, el de reflexión. De esta forma, se van construyendo textos contextualizados y co-textualizados que dan cuenta de lo que se hace para transformar las prácticas de enseñanza y formar enseñantes con un habitus reflexivo, para tal fin. La participación, la negociación, el acuerdo didáctico, los compromisos de acción, la toma de decisiones y la reflexión crítica de la acción generan evidencias que permiten demostrar cómo los estudiantes-enseñantes en proceso de formación aprenden a investigar mientras están aprendiendo a enseñar
