Through this article, we try to make visible, an experience of research-action in the University. This process and project carried out and which is still being developed, has as protagonists the teachers who act from a coteaching process, who investigate about the reflection that is generated in and about the teaching practices themselves, and that They teach the student-teachers, in addition, to investigate about their practices. The use of narratives favors the process of systematization and, therefore, the process of reflection.
