La funcion del personaje femenino negro en la novela cubana antiesclavista

This article analyses five Cuban antislavery novels in order to find out the action of black feminine character and the part that she plays in the structure of the book. It considers the classification formulated by Darío Villanueva from the functional diagram of Vladimir Propp and shows the conflicts of the afro descent woman in the enslaved and racist Cuban society of the nineteen century.Este artículo pretende analizar a través de cinco novelas cubanas antiesclavistas la acción del personaje femenino negro y el papel que desempeña en la estructura de la obra. Considera la clasificación propuesta por Darío Villanueva a partir del esquema funcional trazado por Vladimir Propp para mostrar los conflictos a los que se enfrenta la mujer afro descendiente en la sociedad esclavista y racializada cubana del S. XIX
