The aim of this article is to analyze Beatriz Gimeno ́s novel Su cuerpo era su gozo(2005), a work that reflects the reality of lesbian women under the Franco regime in Spain. The methodology of this work will focus on the development of two major thematic subjects: the process of affective and erotic initiation of the two main characters and the mechanisms of repression and violence that appear due to their relationship, especially through medical and scientific discourse.El objetivo de este artículo es el de analizar la novela Su cuerpo era su gozo (2005) de Beatriz Gimeno, obra que refleja la realidad de las mujeres lesbianas bajo el régimen franquista en España. La metodología de este trabajo se centrará en la exposición de dos grandes núcleos temáticos: el proceso de iniciación afectiva y erótica de las dos protagonistas y los mecanismos de represión y violencia que aparecen debido a su relación, en especial a través del discurso médico y científico
