In recent years, the deployment of Health Information Systems and Radiology Information Systems in hospitals have enhanced the quality of administrative management and actively support diagnosis and treatment tasks of physicians. The core of these systems is the Electronic Health Record. Picture Archiving and Communication System is closely integrated to Radiology Information System. Their integration into Hospital Information System is presented in the paper. Practical results of deployment of the systems in hospitals are shown
