The study is devoted to the possibility of using biophysical analysis of saliva to assess the physical condition of an athlete. The research material was the saliva of athletes with different sports qualifications (I grade, KMS and MS, MSIC, HMS) and untrained students taken before and after exercise. Saliva testing was performed using bioluminescent and chemiluminescent methods. Revealed increased activity of the bioluminescent enzyme system under the influence of the saliva of athletes relatively untrained students. After physical activity, the enzymatic activity of the system increased for highly skilled athletes and decreased for untrained students.
