Involvement of the musculoskeletal system is extremely common in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE).Arthralgia, arthritis, osteonecrosis (avascular necrosis of bone), and myopathy are the principal manifestations. Aim The purpose of the study is to demonstrate the complex therapeutic approach in patients with musculoskeletal manifestations of lupus. Materials and methods The study includes a 67 years old patient who complains of severe pain in the both arms, lower back pain and difficult movement with an orthopedic device.
