The research aims to find out the spiritual leadership behavior of company management in D.I.Yogyakarta. The method which used in this research was qualitative-method of phenomenology. The research conducted in PT. Sinar Sosro Yogyakarta which by 3 persons as the subjects. The research results discovered that adjusted leadership behavior was the behavior which meant to spiritual values and humanity approaches. The ethical behavior which emerged in this research was assumption to the entire component of company as family by applying an open-communication, prospering and developing the component of company potency.
