PERILAKU KEPEMIMPINAN SPIRITUAL PIMPINAN PERUSAHAAN PT. SINAR SOSRO YOGYAKARTA

The research aims to find out the spiritual leadership behavior of company management in D.I.Yogyakarta. The method which used in this research was qualitative-method of phenomenology. The research conducted in PT. Sinar Sosro Yogyakarta which by 3 persons as the subjects. The research results discovered that adjusted leadership behavior was the behavior which meant to spiritual values and humanity approaches. The ethical behavior which emerged in this research was assumption to the entire component of company as family by applying an open-communication, prospering and developing the component of company potency. The point appropriated with an explained theory by Tobroni (2010) whom has divided the leadership behavior into 2 aspects which were the aspect of spiritual values and humanity approaches. Furthermore this research was found a new finding instead of the theory which was not only the company leader whom always performed 5 times prayer but also asked the component for performing it as well
