This study aims to overview help seeking behavior in psychological problem of student college. A qualitative phenomenological approach was used in this study. Two subjects were collected using this snow ball technique. Data were collected using interview and observation. The result showed that subjects conduct help seeking behavior by communicating their problem with closest people, parent and friends. Overview of help seeking behavior from subject was academic problems, undergraduate thesis, financial and relationship with their beloved. Help seeking behavior by subject influences by interpersonal factors like desire to listen and solve problems. Internal factors from subject are self esteem and contemplation
