This case study is situated in a secondary school in Australia where all students have the right to attend their local school. We describe how the leader of the inclusion program facilitated a whole school approach to differentiated teaching, to support learners with disabilities. Challenging issues are explored such as leadership for whole school approach to inclusion, professional development for teachers, and support for culture change. The case will be of interest to school leaders and classroom teachers
