Work-life programs is a significant area of scholarship. A substantial amount of research has been conducted on work-life programs at the individual level; however, research at the organisational level is scarce. This paper presents a systematic literature review of the impact of work-life programs at the organisational level. A well-organised selection process was adopted that resulted in a final sample of 32 articles published in 24 journals. This paper drew on quantitative and qualitative empirical studies to summarise the relationship between work-life programs and six categories of organisational outcomes: financial performance, perceived firm performance, employee productivity, turnover, recruitment and other outcomes.
