Suicide rates of construction workers has been high due to high psychosocial risks involved. There is an urgent need to derive effective strategies for reducing psychosocial risks faced by the construction workers. This research aims to evaluate the strategies for reducing psychological risks in the construction industry. A mixed research approach was adopted. A survey was conducted with 150 construction workers from 3 commercial construction projects in Queensland. Interviews were conducted with six managerial staff.
