Gender inequality remains a persistent and pervasive feature of many organisational environments. However, the extent, nature and location of the problem often remain obscured from senior managers, making it difficult to develop strategic interventions. The Victorian Male Champions of Change (MCC) Group engaged Professor Paula McDonald and Dr Robyn Mayes to develop a rigorous survey designed to ascertain how diverse organisations are tracking in relation to everyday sexism—a significant dimension of gender inequality.
