Objective: To determine the prevalence of alcoholism and the influence of the associated «tobacco-alcohol» consumption on the anthropometric and cardiorespiratory parameters of some smokers in Kinshasa. Material and Method: Cross-sectional and prospective study, conducted in Kinshasa from January to October 2017, including 120 tobacco smokers with at least 5 years of service, with a mean age of 36 ± 9 years. The Global Tobacco Surveillance System (GTSS) Validated Adult Tobacco Surveillance Questionnaire has been adapted and used.
