Objective: This review aims to identify and synthesize the best qualitative evidence on the experiences of Chinese immigrants receiving palliative care in their country of residence where the culture is predominantly Western, and the experiences of their family carers. Introduction: The recent increase in international immigration has led to challenges in providing culturally appropriate palliative care. Chinese populations have particular beliefs, values and practices surrounding death and filial piety.
