Lactobacillus plantarum, Lactobacillus casei, and Lactobacillus acidophilus fermented milk were made in single and mixed preparation. Their antibacterial activities were investigated against diarrhea’s bacterial Escherichia coli, Salmonella typhimurium, Vibrio cholera as bacterial test and cyprofloxacine as reference standard by using agar diffusion method. The highest zone of inhibitions produced by L. plantarum and L. casei fermented milk at 9:1 ratio, 12,33 ± 0,07 mm, 12,43 ± 0,29 mm, and 12,32 ± 0,81 mm against Escherichia coli, Salmonella typhimurium, and Vibrio cholera respectively.
