Part One contains information on basic vehicle selection and procurement. Part Two includes a description of a variety of useful new items currently not available in the PennDOT small transit vehicle standard technical specifications, including operational equipment/features. A list of technical specifications for these items and their approximate costs is also provided. Appendices cover: Wheelchair accessibility features, PennDOT's required forms, life cycle cost evaluation, and alternative seating diagrams.138
