A team led by the Center for Transportation and the Environment and Proterra developed a new concept fuel cell hybrid bus for demonstration. The National Renewable Energy Laboratory has been tasked by FTA to evaluate the bus in service. This report documents the early development and implementation of the bus and includes a summary of the performance results at the first demonstration site\u2014Columbia, South Carolina.85
