Representativesfrom MDOT, five state DOTs, The Turner-Fairbank Highway Research Center, the FederalHighway Administration (FHWA) - Michigan Division, and four Michigan universities met toshare experiences and best practices in research implementation. The exchange consisted offormal presentations, roundtable discussions and working groups.This report highlights the key observations that came out of the peer exchange discussions andhe opportunities identified by ORBP for further improving their research programs
