Focus as on drivers' willingness to pay for retrofitting and their preferences regarding different truck replacement programs. It was found that drivers are willing to pay a portion of truck retrofitting costs. It was also found that though a grant-based truck replacement program was ranked highest among drivers, they were somewhat polarized on this program; many drivers also ranked this program as their least favorite. A subsidized interest rate program had the most cumulative first and second rankings.127
