Several statesincluding Connecticut, Massachusetts, New York, Minnesota and Pennsylvania haveused the Saw and Seal method. Although its primary use has been for bituminous overjointed concrete pavements, some states are using Saw and Seal on new construction andbituminous overlays of existing bituminous pavements.
