Infrastructure-based technologies include remote sensing devices(RSDs), air quality monitoring stations, and environmental sensor stations. At the end of the report, theadvantages of a hybrid of vehicular and infrastructure-based data acquisition technologies are brieflydescribed. For each technology:\u2022 The technology is described;\u2022 Applicable vehicles (if appropriate) are provided;\u2022 Example deployment locations are provided;\u2022 Available costs are discussed; and\u2022 Appropriate ITS Standards related to the technology are provided
