These efforts, or Strategic Initiatives, are ones that have statewide impact and have the potential for making the department more accessible, customer-friendly and better able to serve our customers. ODOT\u2019s Strategic Initiatives also provide direction on mission critical objectives so every employee in the department can remain focused on continuous improvement of the services ODOT provides.
