The ITS Corridor Plan not only recommended solutions, but created prospectuses for each proposed project. The Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) will use the prospectuses to continue the effort to mainstream technology-based solutions into the established project prioritization and programming process throughout the corridor.120
