The Atlanta CRD projects include theconversion of lanes for high occupancy vehicles (HOV) on approximately 16-miles of I-85 to highoccupancy toll (HOT) lanes along with expansion and enhancement of transit service in that corridor,including new and expanded park-and-ride lots. The Content Analysis Test Plan is based on the AtlantaCRD National Evaluation Plan. This test plan describes the media, outreach, and partnership datasources, data availability, and possible risks associated with the data. The methods for analyzing thedata are discussed.
