This report outlines LTPP's 2003 area accomplishments and previews some 2004 programs. The 2003 accomplishments fall under the following headings: data collection, data analysis, products, and field operations. The report also discusses pooled fund studies undertaken in 2003, and describes how research results were disseminated. Partnerships are also discussed.78
