The evaluationapproach was based on a questionnaire to investigate technical, management, and organizational lessonslearned. The report includes an evaluation report for each of the 17 ITS projects. Each report includes adiscussion of the following:\u2022 Background\u2022 Project description\u2022 System usage and benefits\u2022 Cost, operations and maintenance\u2022 Architecture and standards\u2022 Lessons learned.Most of the lessons learned in this evaluation phase were similar to those documented in previousevaluations
