Several existing models, including the EPA Storm Water Management Hodel (SYMM) and the Illinois Urban Drainage Simulation (ILLUDAS), have been reviewed. It was concluded that the SVMM program's EXTRAN subroutine, which uses a full dynamic wave approach, would be suitable for our purposes.
