Non-Governmental organizations that are operating in the Harare Metropolitan area have put in training and development programmes for all their staff from Executive Directors to interns. The main objective of this study was to assess the influence of employee training and development on job satisfaction, job performance and organizational commitment in Non-Governmental organizations that are operating within the Harare Metropolitan area. The researcher used the quantitative (positivist) approach. The survey technique was used and questionnaires were disseminated and some send via email by the researcher.
