This thesis “Whether new democracies and emerging economies can implement ADR effectively in domestic judicial systems and use international experience as guidelines” is specifically concerned with the implementation of ADR methods in third world countries. Its purpose is to analyze what are the steps for proper implementation of ADR in emerging economies and illustrate what needs to be taken into consideration by demonstrating different examples. The thesis is composed of ten chapters, each of them dealing with different approaches and aspects of the topic.
